Relevance

According to a sociological survey conducted by teachers of our preschool educational institution, about 40% of all free time children spend at TV screens and computer monitors. The multimedia space today is the main carrier and translator of ideas about the world, about relations between people, and norms of behavior.

Due to the high susceptibility to visual images, due to the absence life experience, a critical attitude to reality and thanks to a purposeful, calculated impact cartoon creators, children easily learn the scenarios offered from the screen and behavior patterns. Unfortunately, these models and scenarios often have a devastating effect on the psyche of children.

Undoubtedly, there is the responsibility of adults, on whom "multration" children. But if in early childhood we can control the quality of the films they watch, then later on we will not be able to completely protect our children from the media. Accordingly, in order to oppose something to this flow of information, it is necessary to form in children a certain internal filter, a moral core, a sense of beauty, aesthetic taste, and spectator culture.

But, before requiring a child to make an informed choice in favor of real works of animation art, it is necessary to teach him to understand the plot of the cartoon, to distinguish figurative means by which it is transmitted, to understand and perceive beauty and humor images created by animators. It is necessary to form a preschooler's view of animation from the position of a creative person who has his own experience creating cartoons.

Of the 120 children we surveyed, 100% like to watch cartoons and 80% would like them create yourself. The current level of equipment for children educational institutions , schools, kindergartens, houses of creativity, families allows you to try yourself in a new quality. As a result of the participation of children in such projects becomes the emancipation of thinking, development creativity, the formation of the ability to observe, fantasize, compare, experience what they see, reflect their impressions in creative works improve communication and socialization skills. Children begin to consciously choose their own "multration", seeing in cartoons not only entertainment, but also a hidden meaning, irony.

Relevant today - self-realization and social adaptation preschool children in the process of implementation educational preschool programs education. Introducing children to social and cultural norms. Development interest and motivation of children in the knowledge of the world and creativity, the introduction innovative educational technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions, promotes development of a harmoniously developed, initiative, emotionally stable, independent and socially active person.

The project allows you to meet the needs of children who want to participate in creation own cartoons. According to new educational standards and state requirements for subject- developing environment, the project will create conditions and makes it possible to use the equipment of the animation studio in the preparation of presentations, during matinees and children's entertainment, theatrical activities and GCD.

Expected Result

As a result of the implementation of this project, a business plan will be drawn up for creation of a children's animation studio, the premises were prepared, employees were trained to work with children, equipment was purchased and installed, expendable materials. The launch of the animation studio for creation presentations and animated films.

Joint activities in a children's animation studio are capable of develop the creative potential of the child, influencing cognitive activity, the emotional-volitional sphere, forming the needs and value orientations of preschoolers. Acquisition of additional equipment for collective creation presentations and animated films, the introduction of ICT in educational process, enable children to revive their ideas about the world, happiness and teach to interact with each other and with adults.

Animation studio will give the child the opportunity to discover talent - it means helping him find an attractive occupation, invest his time and energy in it, gradually complicate the conditions of classes and improve skills. So way, he will enjoy and succeed in his occupation, and it is possible that he will acquire, step by step, a profession for life.

Later it will start teamwork adults and children for the implementation of the general intent: creation own cartoons and other media products.

1. There will be no opportunity create necessary and sufficient material and technical base.

2. Social partners will not show interest in implementation project under the proposed conditions.

3. Difficulties in the selection and training of the initiative group from among the employees of the preschool educational institution.

4. Loss of interest in project directly by project participants - children.

5. Passive position of social partners - parents for implementation project.

Implementation principles project.

1. Universality - animation includes an unlimited number of activities.

2. Integrity - in progress creation cartoon erased the boundaries between certain types activities.

3. Relationship between creativity and cognitive processes - creation cartoon is not only creativity, but also research activity.

4. Development planning activities of children - the path from inventing a scenario to implementing the plan.

5. Shaping personal qualities- targets that are defined by the Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education- the formation of such personality traits as initiative, sociability, perseverance, responsibility, diligence.

Strategy for achieving the set goals.

Most of the program material is implemented in the course of free communication with children through the organization of children's creative activities, in the process of speech games, productive activities, familiarization with computer technology mastering the skills of animation techniques. One of the types of cartoon creativity is inventing a new ending to a well-known fairy tale. At the stage creation of our first cartoon, it was important for us to teach children how to work together: make scenery together, come up with a plot, fairy tale characters, etc. During the discussion, we choose characters, decide whether the cartoon will be drawn or plasticine, or we will combine these figurative means.

Next, we complicate the task - we compose our own fairy tale and create based on her cartoon. This is a team effort. AT development speech creativity of preschoolers are used various methods and techniques: methods development children's speech creativity J. Rodari "Grammar of Fantasy", TRIZ methods, speech creative games.

By the end of the implementation period project children can independently take frame-by-frame shooting using a camera, they can independently record sound.

We invite parents and friends to the first viewing. They become active viewers, give advice, show a desire to become full members of the animation studio.

The result.

At the end project the preschool educational institution has its own animation studio, established the necessary material and technical base, an initiative group of teachers has been prepared, partnerships are being formed with the experimental animation studio "MEDIA", the parent-child team is united by a common idea and plans, is interested in continuing to work on creation own cartoons. Created two own cartoons. Children's requests create own cartoons, satisfied at this stage completely. The opportunity to be realized as a creative person is given to each child, the framework of ideas about the surrounding reality has expanded, new, non-standard skills for transmitting the information received have been formed. in preschool created conditions conducive to the formation of harmonious developed, initiative, emotionally stable, independent, creative and socially active person.

Perspectives.

Continue working on project, complicating the task - making cartoons based on the plots of children's songs and choosing new types of artistic and creative activities. For example, drawing with sand, semolina, simple geometric shapes, etc., thereby maintaining interest in this species activities, create new areas of development creative potential.

During the implementation project I adopted the method creation small clips or cartoons in the course of the GCD, as a final work, or following the results of work on the topic of the week. This well motivates children to be active, allows you to maintain interest in work, develops creative initiative.

Soviet animation and its traditions contain deep roots. The Russian market, as they say, has not yet settled down. Many professional animators have to look for income from commercials in commercials to "adult" cartoons and mobile animation.

Igor Ganzha has been the owner of the Antimult Msk studio since 2008. He bought the studio from the former co-owners and joined the project, the annual turnover of which amounted to $ 1.5 million. He was going to cover new areas for the sale of his goods, one of which is the creation of cartoons at the request of TV channels. Antimult Msk, actively works with all means mass media. The studio also worked with the Advertising Industry magazine, the Mail.ru Internet portal and others.

AT this moment participants on Russian market animations in search of earnings. Few are lucky. For example, the cartoon "Ilya Muromets and the Nightingale the Robber" grossed $9 million at the box office, which is a good estimate for Russia.

You may be wondering where the money is being made from? The answer is simple, advertising. After all, it is she who brings the main money in the animated environment. Even many animation studios in Russia have portfolios that contain various videos.

If you think about it, then advertising makes a profit in a cartoon environment. Here, for example, Alexander Timofeev, CEO animation studio "Tunguru", said: "Advertising is the most profitable point, an appendage of strength to start-up studios." Animation studio "Tunguru" was involved in advertising, and the release of music videos.

Everything would be fine if it were not for animation competitors on the market - video spots. After all, animation is a handicraft that costs more than ordinary commercials. This process has its own difficulties. Inexpensive ads will cost 5 thousand dollars, since each second costs at least 400 dollars, based on this, such work is much more expensive. There are cheap cartoons too, 15 seconds out for $750. At the same time, the final result will be discreet, no details, improvements, and background.

If a advertising business rises upstream, and constant orders will come in, keeping the operators busy, then in this way the studio will be able to earn good money. Minor studios can release up to 3 videos per month, which allows you to make a turnover of up to 50 thousand euros. But the client does not like to order a simple animated advertisement, because he considers it not serious. Therefore, no matter how sad it sounds, such a stereotype covers the whole world. To do this, you have to endure a strong rivalry.

Where to get money to start own business? This is the problem faced by 95% of new entrepreneurs! In the article, we have revealed the most relevant ways to obtain start-up capital for an entrepreneur. We also recommend that you carefully study the results of our experiment in exchange earnings:

Perhaps the studio is able to survive at the expense of some large clients for whom animation in advertising is not an empty phrase. However, this is a risk. A small number of orders will not give confidence in the future, and in one moment all this can collapse. Only those who have achieved recognition on TV can get out of this situation.

To a certain extent, cartoons were and are part of television, but at the moment the benchmark is towards the adult generation. The Tunguru and Antimult companies have proven themselves remarkably well in this area. All this thanks to the well-known to this day actress Nelli Uvarova, who played the role of Ekaterina Pushkareva in the TV series "Don't Be Born Beautiful." After it was shown, the series became famous, and the animation studio "Tunguru" set about creating a parody of the series. Supporting a TV series was originally an idea, but the series soon dropped in ratings and became less famous as it took on a life of its own. And then it was decided to release new episodes of this series, which made it more likely to be optimistic about the future.

In addition to all this, the studios intend to produce animated series for a group of people aged 16 and over. Not fully understanding the true possibilities of such animation, TV channels of various kinds of projects show significant caution. And in many ways, the price plays a major role, since a decent cartoon has a price of 200 - 300 thousand dollars, which is considered much more expensive than ordinary TV shows. The animated environment has very little air time, only 5-10 minutes. The 2x2 channel is actively engaged in buying all the cartoon content from Russian animators, having earned itself considerable popularity among children and adults. But still, the channel is not ready to buy out the rights to content or invest large amounts of money to support animation studios, since the issue of price is aggravated.

There is another source of income as well. For example, let's take the Percemolka animation studio, which was born in 2007 and offered its work to Channel Five. On the one hand, this is considered cost-effective, since the channel was able to buy content at cost. You might think that everything is bad... Nevertheless, there are people who believe that not everything is lost for Russian animation. The way out here is not recognition on TV. Such demand for products is born only among potential customers. It is believed that animation will be able to take a major leap forward in the near future through the development of the Internet, Mobile TV, and so on. Bypassing TV, you can acquire your consumer, which means continuous orders for studios and opportunities for stable growth and development in the future.

There are available channels that work on the mobile network, this can also be attributed to the sales market. However, animation currently has a small percentage on any TV channel, and the conclusion suggests itself that animation is still only a small part of mobile channels and information.

Now Russian animation continues its way in improving its qualities. New ideas and options are being developed stable income This allows you to look forward optimistically without looking back. But this has to be said in the future tense.

But still, I would like to hope that everything will work out, and Russian animation will take pride of place on television and computer screens. In the meantime, we will observe how she moves towards this goal.

Screenwriter

is responsible for the script of the cartoon, as in any other picture.

Producer

the main person of the project, whose function is no less important than on the film project.

“In my opinion, it all depends on what kind of studio we are talking about. There are big studios and very small ones. For some it's business, others just going to have fun.

If we talk about the minimum, then there are cases when even one person is able to perform the entire range of work at a good level. But this happens infrequently. The most common division into roles in the process is: screenwriter, director, animators, illustrators, sound engineer, announcers.

It is also important what animation technique we are talking about: it’s one thing when it comes to, for example, a flash - it’s easier to do everything yourself, and in the case of 3D animation, there is almost always a division of labor: everyone is assigned their own role in the process. Although I know people who can do everything completely cool in 3D without anyone's help. But this rarely happens, because the volume of work is very large, and it is easier to focus on any one part of it. Plus, the speed of work, of course, depends on the number of people.

It often happens that the animator does everything himself, but when he has an increase in the flow of orders, he organizes his team, and that's where it all starts. The more work, the bigger the team. It often happens that people are gathered for a specific project, and then they disperse. For example, under some kind of animated series or feature film.

I myself don't like the big, long projects that studios tend to try to get. Of course, they bring a stable income, but at the same time an endless routine and fuss.”

Cartoonist

as a rule, not one, but several, depending on the project. The division of animators according to specifics depends on the type of cartoon (drawn, plasticine, puppet, 3D, etc.).

“For the full-fledged work of the animation studio, at least 16 people are needed.

Responsibilities are distributed as follows: director, screenwriter, production designer, composer, voice artists, animators (drawers, phasers, mierovshchik), animated half-phase layout designer, movement songwriter, director of photography, sound engineer, administrator, lighting designer .

People working in an animation studio often combine several functions: for example, a production designer can also be a phaser, and a cinematographer can be a lighting designer. But whatever one may say, the minimum number of people for a properly functioning animation studio is 16.”
