Decree, Classifier of the State Standard of Russia of December 26, 1994 No. 367, OK 016-94
On acceptance and implementation of the All-Russian classifier professions of workers, positions of employees and tariff categories OK 016-94 (as amended on August 1, 2012) http://www.1kadry.ru/?utm_source=www.website&utm_medium=refer&utm_campaign=qa_innerlink/document/97/15612/infobar-card/ indicates that the molder reinforced concrete products and structures is a profession.

Thus, the legislation does not contain a clear answer on how to name a document a work or job description. It may be different.

AT model provisions the concept of labor protection appears production instruction. For production instructions, see Letter of Rostekhnadzor No. 09-00-06/8265 dated November 14, 2016 On production instructions, Letter of Rostrud No. 6234-TZ dated November 24, 2008 On the application of job and production instructions

As for the production instructions, then Labor Code The Russian Federation does not contain the concept of "job description" each employer must independently determine exactly how to name and draw up a document fixing labor obligations their employees, including blue-collar workers.

Thus, a document that fixes the labor duties of a worker can have any name, including a job description.

Some employers call the document like this: Job (production) instructions for the molder. You can simply "Production instruction by profession _____________________"

I received one copy in my hands and undertake to keep it at my workplace.

N.Z. Kovyazin

The legislation does not provide a clear answer to this question.

The Labor Code of the Russian Federation does not specify how exactly the document should be called, which defines the duties of an employee in accordance with labor function. Traditionally specified document called "Job Instruction", while implying that "job description" is derived from the word "should". This means that the job description defines the duties of the employee, which he must perform as part of the work assigned to him.

However, there is another point of view, according to which "official" comes from the word "position". In this interpretation, the job description is a document that contains the duties of an employee by position. Supporters of the latter position for employees of working professions are no longer job descriptions, but, for example, production instructions.

Based on the above and taking into account the fact that the Labor Code of the Russian Federation does not contain the concept of "Job Instruction", the employer must independently determine which position to adhere to and how exactly to name and draw up a document fixing the labor duties of their employees, including working professions. Rostrud also points to this in a letter dated October 31, 2007 No. 4412-6. Thus, a document that fixes the labor duties of a worker can have any name, including a job description.

With respect and wishes for comfortable work, Ekaterina Zaitseva,
