The corrugated sheet is distinguished by a convex pattern on the surface, which is formed by corrugations located at an angle to each other. The different arrangement of the grooves forms a different type of pattern. Depending on this, there are corrugated sheets: with 1 corrugation - "lentil", with 2 corrugations - "duet", with 5 corrugations - "quintet". High-quality corrugated aluminum sheet has a rough matte surface and different thicknesses, while the height of the bulges is not taken into account. Sheet sizes can also vary.

The production of aluminum alloy corrugated sheets usually consists of the following steps: ingot casting, preparatory operations, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment and finishing operations. Before obtaining strips from ingots, it is necessary to ensure a decrease in the inhomogeneity of the chemical composition and structure of the ingot, and to relieve internal stress. For this, homogenizing annealing of ingots is carried out, which at the same time increases the plastic characteristics of the metal. Homogenization - heating to a temperature of 20-40 degrees for several hours. Homogenization is carried out in electric shaft furnaces.

Due to the characteristics of alloys and corrugations over the entire surface, the sheets have special properties:

  • strength and durability - service life from twenty to one hundred years, depending on the conditions;
  • the highest corrosion resistance - almost the entire service life is preserved, even when exposed to aggressive environments;
  • has a high anti-slip ability - the bulges of the pattern prevent slipping;
  • high intrinsic safety - the sheet is not combustible, and the corrugations prevent the formation of sparks;
  • aesthetics - the pattern formed by the corrugations gives the sheets decorative properties.

Most manufacturers produce anodized aluminum corrugated sheets, which enhances their quality and increases service life, as well as expands the scope. The high quality characteristics of the material are most clearly manifested in corrugated sheets with a "quintet" pattern, due to the number of corrugations and their relative position.

Such unusual properties of the corrugated sheet, enable its wide application. It is used as floor anti-slip coatings, cladding and decorative elements, as a tuning and basic coating, stair steps and partitions, as a base for reinforcement and decoration. This material is used both indoors and outdoors. You can buy corrugated aluminum on the website http://spbalum.ru/ by clicking on the link.

Its lightness, intrinsic safety and attractive appearance make it suitable for use in the automotive and aviation industries, in Food Industry and in all types of production. It should be especially noted that due to its special qualities, it is also used in those industries where the use of other materials is more dangerous or not economical. Corrosion resistance makes it possible to use corrugated sheet in places of high humidity, such as shipbuilding, marine and water facilities, and so on. And its non-flammability and intrinsic safety is successfully used at gas stations and other facilities with increased requirements for fire protection. Special properties aluminum corrugated sheet, make it an almost universal material for use in any area.

Fluted aluminum sheet: application, types and prices for rental

This type of building material is presented on the market in a wide variety of options. Types of rolled metal are classified depending on the brand of aluminum, the method of production and processing, the pattern of the corrugation, etc. Each of them has its own scope.

In the article we will talk about the features of various types of rental, find out approximate cost and answer the question, where is the best place to buy aluminum sheet.

What is corrugated aluminum sheet?

In fact, this is a sheet metal product with a repeating pattern of grooves and bulges over the entire surface. This processing method allows you to give the product special technical and operational characteristics, of which anti-slip properties are especially important.

Corrugated aluminum sheet - one of the most demanded types of aluminum metal rolling.

Scope of rental

The anti-slip properties of corrugated aluminum sheet make it indispensable in areas such as:

  • construction (steps of stairs, escalators, floors in industrial premises and etc.);
  • shipbuilding (ship decks and ladders);
  • automotive industry (floors and steps in buses).

Due to their high decorative qualities, lightness and resistance to corrosion, corrugated aluminum sheets are used in the decoration of facades of buildings and other building structures, roof cladding, the manufacture of billboards, road barriers, internal partitions, suspended ceilings. The material finds application in the production of industrial and commercial equipment, furniture, racks and stands.

Types of sheets by brand of aluminum and its alloys

Corrugated sheet metal is most often made not from pure aluminum, but from its alloys with other metals: magnesium, manganese, copper. Alloying additives give the material the necessary physical and Chemical properties.

Consider the most common grades of aluminum alloys from which corrugated sheets are made.

AMg2

Aluminum-magnesium alloy with 2-4% magnesium content. Differs in high resistance to corrosion, plasticity and at the same time sufficient durability, easily gives in to welding.

Aluminum sheets from AMg2 alloy are subjected to additional processing in various ways. Depending on this, the corresponding letter is added to the marking. For example, AMg2H2 denotes a semi-hardened sheet.

Sheets of the AMg2 brand are used for the production of building structures, technological equipment, vehicle parts.

Alloy AMg2 is produced in accordance with GOST 4784-97.

TD1

Wrought aluminum alloy with the addition of 2-5% copper and 0.4-1.6% magnesium. It is characterized by high strength, ductility and impact strength. Cladding is used to increase the corrosion resistance of the material.

The alloy of this brand is produced according to GOST 1131-76.

Products made of aluminum sheets VD1 are used in aircraft construction, the automotive industry (skin parts), and construction.

AMC

Aluminum alloy with manganese (up to 1.5%), characterized by high corrosion resistance and ductility, but low strength. Good for welding. Various processing technologies are used to improve the strength characteristics of the alloy.

AMts brand sheets are used for facing external and internal surfaces, in shipbuilding, chemical and food industries.

Standards for the production of AMts alloy are given in GOST 4784-97.

Classification of products by production method

In accordance with GOST 21631-76, aluminum corrugated sheet is produced by hot or cold rolling with or without subsequent cladding. The production technology depends on the type of alloy used.

Hot rolled corrugated sheets

The production process of hot rolled aluminum sheets consists of several stages. Ingots are cast from an aluminum alloy of one brand or another. They are subjected to long-term annealing in shaft furnaces, as a result of which the material acquires a homogeneous structure.

The next stage of production is rolling, that is, deformation by pressure. The workpiece passes through several pairs of cylindrical shafts, the distance between which gradually decreases. Rifles are applied at the same time.

Hot rolled sheets are produced at high temperature. In this case, the metal becomes less durable, but retains ductility. This technology allows the use of equipment of lower power than in cold rolling. For this reason, the price of hot rolled aluminum sheet is generally lower.

The main disadvantages of hot-rolled sheets are uneven thickness and width, resulting from the impossibility of uniform heating.

Thick corrugated aluminum sheets (from 3 mm) are obtained by hot rolling.

Corrugated cold rolled sheets

Thin corrugated sheets are produced by cold rolling.

According to this technology, the metal is not subjected to preheating. Powerful equipment is needed to achieve the desired degree of deformation. The manufacturing process is more labor intensive than hot rolling. But this method allows you to achieve uniform thickness and width.

Clad and unclad rolled metal

Plating is the process of applying a thin layer of 99.3% aluminum to the surface of aluminum sheets. This operation improves the anti-corrosion properties of duralumin alloys.

Depending on the type of cladding, one or another letter is present in the designation of corrugated aluminum sheets. Rolled metal without a cladding layer is not marked.

According to the thickness of the pure aluminum layer, normal ("A"), thickened ("U") and technological ("B") plating are distinguished.

  • Normal plating is obligatory in the production of duralumin rolled products, since these alloys are characterized by low corrosion resistance. In accordance with the requirements of GOST, aluminum sheets must have a cladding layer on both sides with a thickness of at least 4% of the thickness of the product itself, if the latter does not exceed 1.9 mm, and at least 2% with a greater sheet thickness.
  • Additionally, it helps to strengthen anti-corrosion protection and improve the appearance of products. thickened plating . With regard to it, the standards GOST 21631-76 prescribe the following values: 8% for sheets less than 1.9 mm thick and 4% for thicker sheets.
  • Technological cladding practically does not increase corrosion resistance and is used to protect sheets from cracks during rolling. The thickness of the aluminum layer when cladding "B" - no more than 1.5% for any sheets.

Types of corrugated aluminum sheets according to the nature of their processing

The alloys used to make corrugated aluminum sheets are often subject to various thermal and mechanical processing techniques. This allows to improve the technical and operational properties of products, to expand the scope of their application.

The processing method is indicated in the product labeling with a special letter.

Annealed

Annealing of aluminum sheets is used both in the rolling process between individual operations, and for finished products as the final stage of production.

Annealing is a fairly long heating at a high temperature followed by gradual cooling. As a result of this procedure, excess stresses that have arisen during the rolling process are eliminated, and the ductility of the metal is increased.

By the way
Both during hot and cold rolling of aluminum sheets, the metal can acquire undesirable strength. This makes further processing of the blanks impossible. The annealing procedure helps to eliminate excess strength.

Annealed sheets of various aluminum alloys are soft and ductile, easily deformable. Due to these properties, they are used in various industries, including aviation.

The marking of annealed sheets contains the letter M.

Hard-worked

Cold hardening is the hardening of an aluminum alloy as a result of its plastic deformation at low temperature. In other words, the metal, being exposed to high pressure, acquires strength and hardness. In proportion to the increase in these properties, its plasticity decreases.

The effect of work hardening depends on the composition of the alloy, as well as on the intensity and speed of processing. The stronger the pressure and the faster the operation, the greater the degree of hardening. With a high content of magnesium in the alloy, the qualities acquired in the process of work hardening are more noticeable.

Hard-worked aluminum sheets are practically not subject to deformation and can be used in the manufacture of high-strength building structures. They should not be subjected to bending and welding, since cracks may occur during such processing.

Cold-worked corrugated aluminum sheets according to GOST 21631-76 are designated by the letter H.

Semi-hardened

Semi-hard-worked sheets of corrugated aluminum differ from hard-worked ones in a lesser degree of mechanical action during processing. Accordingly, their strength characteristics are lower, and plasticity is higher.

Sheets hard-worked to ½ are used for building structures, the manufacture of which requires welding or bending, as they lend themselves quite well to these types of processing.

The marking of semi-hardened aluminum sheets contains the letter H2.

refined

The refining process involves cleaning the metal from foreign mechanical impurities by electrolysis.

hardened

Quenching, like annealing, involves heat treatment of sheets. The difference lies in the rapid cooling after exposure to high temperature. As a result of hardening, aluminum sheets acquire high tensile strength.

However, the hardening effect does not appear immediately, but after a while, after the metal has aged.

Aging can be natural or artificial. In the first case, the process proceeds under normal conditions, at room temperature and lasts 4-5 days.

Artificial aging is a forced process that takes place at a temperature of about 150 °C. The metal acquires the specified properties within a few hours.

Hardened and naturally aged aluminum sheets in the marking are indicated by the letter T, artificially aged - by the letter T1.

Classification of sheets by type of corrugation

Depending on the type of surface pattern, there are several types of corrugated aluminum sheets. Let's briefly describe the most popular ones.

  • "Lentils" is a pattern consisting of a single corrugation, which is repeated at regular intervals on the entire surface of the sheet. The bulges are arranged in horizontal rows with an inclination to one side or the other.
  • "Duet"- a more complex pattern, consisting of pairs of grooves arranged in pairs. They also form horizontal rows in a checkerboard pattern.
  • "Quintet", as you might guess from the name, is a repeating pattern of five parallel grooves. The angle of inclination of the elements, as in the described views, alternates in a checkerboard pattern. Aluminum corrugated sheet "Quintet" - the most popular and in demand of all types.

By the way
The properties of the corrugated aluminum sheet depend on the type of surface pattern. The more complex it is, the more the anti-slip effect of the coating appears. Therefore, the figure determines the cost. For example, for "Quintet" the price will be higher than for a similar product with corrugation "Lentils".

Dimensions and thickness of corrugated aluminum sheets

The most common are two sizes of aluminum sheets: 1200x3000 mm and 1500x3000 mm. They are available from almost all suppliers. But many companies also sell larger (1500x4000mm, 1500x6000mm) and smaller (1000x2000mm, 1250x2500mm) aluminum sheets.

The average thickness of corrugated aluminum sheets ranges from 1.2 to 5 mm.

Wholesale prices for corrugated aluminum sheet

In order to profitably buy a sheet and at the same time not be mistaken with product quality, it is important to know what the prices for this species rolled metal products.

The main pricing factors are:

  • Brand of aluminum alloy and, accordingly, its physical and chemical properties, technical characteristics (corrosion resistance, strength, etc.).
  • Production method: cold-rolled aluminum sheets are more expensive, but at the same time, they are better than hot-rolled ones.
  • Presence/absence of additional processing.
  • Rifle type: the more complex the pattern, the more expensive the product.
  • Lot size: it is more profitable to buy rolled metal products in bulk than in small ones.
  • Pricing policy of the manufacturer and supplier, purchase directly or through intermediaries;
  • Seasonal fluctuations in demand and general market trends.

At wholesale sales rolled metal is usually indicated price per kilogram. One sheet, depending on the thickness, weighs from 15 to 40 kg.

For example, the price of a VD1AN aluminum sheet 3 mm thick and 1200x3000 mm in size with a Quintet pattern is approximately 330 rubles per 1 kg and 10,000–11,000 per sheet. A similar product labeled AMg2NR costs a little more: about 350 rubles per 1 kg and about 11,000–11,500 rubles per sheet.

Corrugated aluminum sheet is widely demanded in the rolled metal market primarily due to its anti-slip properties, as well as lightness, ductility, corrosion resistance and good appearance. The scope of its application includes industry, construction, design. The cost and characteristics of corrugated aluminum sheets vary depending on the type of product.

Where to buy aluminum sheet in bulk?

There are two answers to this question: directly from the manufacturer or through an intermediary company. Mikhail Barinov, a representative of the MetPromStar company, talks about the features of purchasing products from suppliers of both types:

“There is a widespread belief among consumers that buying goods from a manufacturer is better than through intermediaries. This is far from always true.

It is really more profitable for large trading companies to buy rolled metal products in large quantities from the manufacturer. With significant volumes of wholesale deliveries, the price of products is noticeably reduced. In addition, the manufacturer usually provides personal discounts to large wholesalers.

The problem is that manufacturers, as a rule, set a minimum purchase volume, which most often far exceeds the capabilities and needs of small and medium-sized companies, and even more so individuals. For the listed types of consumers, we recommend buying rolled metal products from intermediaries. But among them, of course, it is necessary to give preference to reliable suppliers.

For example, the MetPromStar company has been cooperating with large Russian and foreign metallurgical plants since 2005. And since the company buys goods in large quantities with big discounts, the prices at MetPromStar are more than reasonable.”

The aluminum sheet is smooth.

In the entire history of rolled aluminum, the sheet, as before, is the most demanded product of the entire line of aluminum products. Having completely passed the entire distance of the age-old period and without losing its main qualities. Today, it can be absolutely definitely stated that, regardless of the volume of production, aluminum sheet is the most versatile material, no matter in the air or on the ground, the scope of its application.

Methods for the production of aluminum sheets.

The main methods of production of aluminum sheets is considered to be pressing. Also noted is the production by cold deformation. The main components of high-quality rolled aluminum sheet are additional processing, in which the product takes its proper form. The pressing process takes place in several stages. First, the source material is prepared in a special oven. Heat treatment, then rolling to the required dimensions. The function of the pressing mill is reduced to the process of punching aluminum into holes in the mill matrix. Next comes the stripping of the aluminum sheet. After pressing, additional processing comes into play. Plating is one of them. The process is as follows. A layer of aluminum is applied to the finished aluminum sheet, which includes such metals as zinc, silicon, titanium and magnesium. This whole process increases the corrosion resistance of products. Another option for additional processing is hardening or the so-called hardening of sheets. This is a very effective procedure, after which the sheets become strong and hard.

Specifications and properties of aluminum sheet.

The main useful properties of aluminum sheets are considered to be lightness and at the same time strength. Improved corrosion resistance to environment, due to additional processing, remains the highest in the entire line of aluminum products. Sputtering on the surface of the sheet, stronger elements in the composition of the alloy, increases the performance of the sheet. This in turn increases the service life of the product. Additional hardening of aluminum leads to the fact that the resistance to mechanical stress of this product grows many times. Annealing, on the other hand, calms the aluminum structure, which allows for better machinability in further processing of the aluminum sheet. The size range is indicated by three values. Thickness from 0.5 mm to 10 mm inclusive. The length of the sheet remains unchanged and is 3000 mm. As for the width, there are two possible options 1200 mm and 1500 mm.

The main differences between aluminum sheets.

Aluminum sheets are usually distinguished into several groups. In this case, each of the groups is indicated by an additional letter in the grade of the alloy. The first group differs from the rest in terms of the quality of the finish, or, more simply, in terms of accuracy. In this case, the alloys used in the manufacture may be different. From pure aluminum A5, A6, A7 and AD0, AD00 to AMG2. They have the letter P, which means increased accuracy, and V- high accuracy. Sheets of standard accuracy, additional designations are not assigned. The second group has a difference in the method of production. During the process of plating sheets, the letter A is distinguished - ordinary plating. B - technical processing, in which such alloys are applied to the surface of the sheet, in which there is an increased content of non-ferrous metals. Liter U wear products with a thickened protective layer coating. Which in turn prolongs the life of the sheet. The third group has differences in the composition and state of the material. Namely, those that have undergone heat treatment and those that have not. Specifications, in which sheets receive an additional letter H are called work hardening. Liter M is soft, that is, annealed. Hardened sheets are marked with the letter T or T1. There is a table in which aluminum alloys form their groups according to technical specifications. AMG2 and AMG3. Also AMG5 and AMG6. AD1 and AD31. There are terms of aluminum sheets such as technical and food products. So these are groups that differ in their scope. In all the variety of shapes, compositions and sizes of aluminum sheets, the main advantage is hidden - it is versatility. It is worth standing on one more group of sheet differences. These are differences in appearance. The fact is that a smooth sheet is not the only representative of this segment of rolled aluminum. Sheets can be corrugated, perforated and profiled.

Applications of aluminum sheet.

It is difficult to imagine an area in which an aluminum sheet would not be involved. From space to underwater depths. Now it is already difficult for us to imagine wooden planes, cars, but it was with these materials that their construction began. But with the advent of aluminium, a product such as aluminum sheet has forever replaced wood from many areas of production. Today, aluminum sheet is a popular product in such areas as aircraft construction, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering. At the same time, it should be noted that the percentage component of aluminum in production is increasing every year. Chemical industry and the food industry are directly dependent on aluminum sheet. It is worth noting the construction orientation of aluminum. With the advent of new technologies, it is increasingly possible to meet facades, roofs and roofing structures made from this product, aluminum rolled products. All this indicates that in the near future, it is likely that aluminum sheet will conquer new horizons and develop absolutely fantastic applications. Characteristics

Silver-white metal, resistant to corrosion, with low density, ductile. The metal quickly oxidizes in air and is covered with an Al2O3 oxide film, which protects products from rust. In contact with food, the metal retains neutral properties, is resistant to most acids of organic origin, even to concentrated nitric acid.

Aluminum alloys are divided into wrought and cast:

  • Deformable aluminum alloys manufactured by hot rolled steel
  • Cast aluminum alloys are used for castings

Sheets are divided into heat-strengthened and hardened by pressure. The most commonly used classification is based on the characteristics of alloys.

Heat-strengthened alloys

  • AK4, AK4–1, D20 and 1201 - heat-resistant alloys
  • B93 and B95 - high-strength alloys
  • AD33, AD31 and AD35 - medium strength alloys, alloyed with: aluminum, magnesium and silicon
  • 1925 and 1915 - alloys are welded with standard strength
  • D16, D1 and D18 - alloys of normal strength, like duralumin, are alloyed with: aluminum, copper and magnesium
  • AK8 and AK6 - forging aluminum alloys

Non heat-hardenable alloys

  • AMg1, AMg6, AMg2 - alloy, medium strength, called Magnalium
  • D12 and AMts - an alloy with reduced strength, alloyed with aluminum and magnesium
  • AD1 and AD0 - technical aluminum alloys, not alloyed

Increased corrosion resistance to the environment, and performance indicators are achieved by spraying additional elements onto the sheet surface. Processing increases the life of products. The increase in resistance to mechanical stress is achieved by hardening aluminum. Annealing calms the aluminum structure for further processing.

Manufacturing method - pressing by cold and hot deformation. Pressing is also used, which takes place in several stages. The starting material is prepared, in a special furnace, by heat treatment, followed by rolling to the desired dimensions. The function of the pressing mill is to push aluminum into holes in the mill matrix. In the future, the sheets are cleaned and plating. The method is based on applying additional elements to the sheet surface, such as zinc, silicon, titanium and magnesium. Sheet cladding increases the corrosion resistance of products. Additional processing - hardening (hardening).

The final product without tears, blisters, cracks and corrosion marks, is divided into:

  • Clad sheets (thick and normal) and non-clad
  • Hard-worked sheet, hardened, naturally or artificially aged
  • Sheet without heat treatment
  • annealed sheet
  • Semi-hardened sheets
  • Hard-worked, hardened, natural aging

Additionally, sheets are classified according to manufacturing accuracy. Normal accuracy in terms of basic indicators: length, width, thickness. Sheets are made according to GOST 21631–76 of four types:

  • Acid resistant sheet- grades AMg (2, 3, 5 and 6), which are alloyed with manganese and magnesium.
  • technical sheet- used as a finishing and insulating material.
  • Perforated sheets- designed for the construction area: air duct grilles, decorative interior details, such as strengthening plasterboard corners of structures. Perforation occurs on jig punch presses and is divided into: rectangular, round or rhomboid holes.
  • food sheets- A5M, A5N2 and A5N, and primary aluminum A7 or AD0, without heat treatment. Sheets with increased hygiene, they do not contain impurities and alloying elements.

Sheet thickness: 0.3mm-2mm thin aluminum sheet 10.5mm thick aluminum plate, 500mm to 2000mm wide, 2000 to 7200mm long

Corrugated and anodized sheets for special purposes.

  • Corrugated sheets (profiled)- the flexibility of the sheets allows you to work on roofs with a complex design and shape.
  • Anodized sheets- matte, mirror and semi-gloss. Sheets are anodized by a simple electrochemical procedure, the formation of an oxide protective film of a crystalline structure on the aluminum surface.

corrugated sheets

When sheathing special equipment and in industrial premises, aluminum alloys are used: AMG2N2, AMG2NR, 1105ANR, AMG3N2. Popular sheet sizes are 1200x3000 and 1500x3000 mm. We also produce sheets of other sizes, for example: 1250x2500 mm., 1200x4000 mm., 1500x3500 mm. and 1500x4000 mm. If necessary, the length of the sheets reaches 7200 mm.

Sheets lend themselves well to processing, due to the elasticity, which is many times higher than, for example, that of steel or cast iron. Sheets can be easily bent at different angles, figures of arbitrary sizes are cut out of them, this is necessary for sheathing frames complex shapes. Some types of corrugated aluminum alloys are easy to weld. Rifles increase the stiffness coefficient, the thinnest sheet can easily withstand the weight of a person. Due to the uniform distribution of the load over most of the surface.

In industrial premises with an increased risk of fire, a corrugated quintet sheet is used. Rolled products do not spark when exposed to metal objects and some types of stone. Increased resistance to corrosion allows the use of rolled products in production with caustic chemicals.

Abroad they produce similar products called Galaxy, which also has five grooves. Products are brought to Russia mainly from Serbia. Domestic products are cheaper, but the characteristics do not differ. With a strong and sharp mechanical impact, or prolonged pressure on one area, the sheets are deformed. In cases where increased strength is needed, sheets up to 10 mm are used. In this case, the advantage in mass to the strength of rolled steel is lost.

The material is passed through rolling mills where the aluminum passes through rows of paired cylindrical shafts. On special crimping shafts, ribbed patterns are stamped by hot rolling. Reduction of excessive stress in the metal is carried out due to heat treatment. Next, the rolled steel is polished, which removes the smallest flaws, and cut off according to the dimensions required by the customer.

Sheets are used for sheathing mechanisms, in vehicles. In factories, the steps of stairs, bridges near machine tools and production lines are sheathed with sheets. The corrugated surface increases the grip of employees' shoes with the surface, and reduces the risk of stumbling or slipping. These measures increase work safety and reduce work injuries.

Quintet sheets are sheathed with refrigeration and freezers. When moving products with trolleys or manually by staff, the grooved surface improves grip on staff shoes and trolley wheels. Industrial enterprises produce boats with corrugated aluminum decks. The material is used to cover the floor and walls in cargo and technical rooms of water and aircraft, on ships, engine rooms and holds are trimmed with a quintet.

Corrugated aluminum is used for tuning trucks and cars, hoods and side steps on trucks are sheathed with a sheet. Also, the corrugated floor surface is used in public transport, directly in the winter, when the shoes of incoming people are covered with snow.

Corrugated coatings are also used in everyday life. Designers use sheets to give style to a room. Sheets are used for wall cladding, stairs. It will look organically on a spiral staircase, the steps of which are held by metal strings-rods. Dota in hi-tech style cover the floors of the second level with corrugated sheets, it looks like if the second floor is not full-fledged, but mezzanines-studios. The decorative characteristics of corrugated aluminum sheets are suitable for interior decoration of columns and partitions, suspended ceilings, radiator screens.
