16. The head of the production laboratory is responsible for the textual information to be applied to the label.

In order to correctly put information on the label, three documents are used:

declaration of conformity. From the declaration we rewrite the address (s) of the enterprise, the name of the product, the number normative document, storage conditions, expiration dates;
normative document. From ND we take information about nutritional value, product grade (if applicable), storage conditions after opening;
TR TS 022/2011 "Food products in terms of their labeling". From TR TS 022 we take the requirements for labeling packaged products and the requirements for labeling transport packaging.

17. The head of the production laboratory should train the staff.

Personnel training is carried out according to the Training Program approved by the head of the enterprise with a frequency of 1 time per year.
The staff needs to be trained, the more the staff knows, the better it will work, the easier it will be for you to work.
