The course "Promotion of library services (Brand technologies in the library)" was prepared in 2009. and is a logical continuation of the course "Innovative forms of library service". The course is aimed at studying the basics of branding technologies and the possibilities of their application in library practice, at inculcating the skills to promote library services/products/services in the cultural environment, at identifying the tools necessary to carry out branding tasks.

The subject of the course is determined by the objectives of promoting new library services and services, creating a favorable image of the organization in the eyes of the local community, improving interaction with society, and strengthening the creative component in the activities of libraries.

A business game is an imitation of a real production (management or economic) situation. Creating a simplified workflow model allows each participant in real life, but within certain rules, to play a role, make a decision, take actions.

Business game method

business games(DI) are an effective method of practical training and are used quite widely. They are used as a means of knowledge in management, economics, ecology, medicine and other fields.

Actively used in the world to study the science of management of CI began from the middle of the 20th century. A significant contribution to the development of gaming technologies was made by S.P. Rubinstein, Z. Freud and other scientists.

This method allows you to model an object (organization) or simulate a process (decision making, management cycle). Production and economic situations are associated with subordination to superiors, and organizational and managerial situations with the management of a department, group, employee.

Players can set different goals, to achieve which they use the knowledge of the basics of sociology, economics, and management methods. The results of the game will be related to the degree of achievement of goals and the quality of management.

All of the above technologies and examples of business games are interconnected. It is recommended to use them in combination for the effective practical activities of the participants and the achievement of the tasks set.

How to organize a game?

Games are played according to certain rules.

  1. The topics of business games are varied, but their conditions must be relevant and close to the life situation, problem. Players may not have the experience to solve it, but they have basic knowledge, imagination and other abilities.
  2. The end result common to the whole team, the achievement of the goal, the developed solution.
  3. There may be several correct solutions. The ability to look for different ways to solve the problem must be included in the condition.
  4. Participants themselves choose roles and behaviors for the successful solution of the problem. An interesting and rather complex situational task encourages creative search and application of knowledge.

Stages

  1. Preparatory stage. Identification of the problem, choice of topic and definition of tasks. Choosing the type and form of the game, working on a game strategy, preparing materials.
  2. Entry of participants into the game situation. Attraction of interest, goal setting, team building, mobilization of participants.
  3. Group or individual work with or without rules.
  4. Conclusions and analysis of the results independently and / or with the involvement of experts.

Conducting a business game can be associated with a large number of stages. During the game, the participants will have to identify the problem, consider and analyze the situation, develop proposals for solving the problem. The discussion of the course of the game and wishes complete the work.

Business game "Production meeting"

In production management, an active business management game is modeled. The example includes the characteristics and scenario of the business game "Production meeting". It is held at the end of the course "Management", when students already have an idea about the principles of management and the role of the production process.

Game participants:

  • employees of the enterprise (7 people). The meeting is attended by the director, deputy for production, head technical department, head of the assembly shop, head of the turning shop, foreman, secretary;
  • group of experts (10 people).

Entering a production situation in a certain role is an interesting business game. Examples for students can be very diverse. It is only necessary to connect the imagination.

  1. Role-playing game "Interview". conducts an interview in the form of an interview with the applicant. Vacant position- Sales Manager. Before the game, the participants read the biography and description of their hero. After studying the documents (10 minutes), the manager begins the interview. When summing up, it is assessed how the boss conducted the interview and interview, analyzed the information in the documents, what decision he made. The applicant evaluates the work of the manager.
  2. Role-playing game "Conflict client". The game is played in pairs. A department head answers an angry customer's phone call. The customer complains about the quality of the goods. It is assessed whether the manager will be able to cope with the conflict situation and build the conversation properly.
  3. Role-playing game "Assessment of the professionalism of an employee." The player, from the position of a leader, evaluates the performance of an employee, using information about the effectiveness of the team's work. Based on the data, he fills out a certification form and prepares for an interview with an employee. Thinks about how to build a conversation, what questions to ask. The role of an employee can be a young specialist, a woman with two children, an advanced employee, and others. As a result, the way the player formulated the questions, highlighted the main thing, is evaluated.

Strategic game "Knitting factory "Style"". The management of the knitting factory plans to expand sales markets. This requires the production of higher quality and demanded products. In addition, it is planned to launch several new technological lines.

When planning a business game, it is recommended to combine its different forms. The game may contain cases (situations). Library specialists of the Novoanninsky district became participants in the seminar "Libraries of the MKUK "NMB": the relevance of optimization and transformation of library activities." Within the framework of the seminar, issues of organization and ways of further development of the district libraries within the framework of library system, summed up the work of libraries in 2017, noted their achievements and problems.


The seminar participants received meaningful advice on organizing work for the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the district, on promoting books and reading among various user groups, on the implementation of the Federal Law of October 29, 2010 "On the protection of children from information that is harmful to their health and development." For the effectiveness of the seminar for librarians, the exhibition "Library Landmarks" was arranged, which presents legislative documents in the field of librarianship, as well as professional periodicals. At the end, each participant of the workshop received a package teaching materials.

Professional meetings


Once again, librarians gathered in the reading room of the inter-settlement library to participate in seminar "Library: new opportunities and quality. Working with certain categories of users”. The seminar program includes: consultations, professional reports, exchange of experience on such issues as creating an accessible environment and organizing services for various user groups, forms of library services for socially vulnerable categories of readers, modern approaches attracting children of primary school age to reading, electronic services as one of the forms of servicing remote users. Colleagues took an active part in the seminar, exchanged experience on the topic of the classes. In conclusion, the participants answered the questions of the mini-questionnaire “How do you like our seminar?”.

2016

Creative laboratory "In search of the new"

On the basis of the Bocharov Library, a creative laboratory was held for fellow librarians of the MKUK "NMB". Its theme is “Library and youth: in search of new ideas”. The starting point for the start of the creative laboratory was a virtual tour of the Bocharov Library. The participants got to know book fairs, creative works library readers. Chief Librarian, Bigileva T.A. noted that her library is not only a collection of books, but also educational institution, a place of communication, leisure activities among young people. Tatyana Alexandrovna presented the forms of work with youth that she actively uses in her work: a literary kaleidoscope, interactive games, a shock lesson, library games, etc. The story was accompanied by an electronic presentation "With the library through life."

For colleagues, a professional tribune “Libraries for Youth” was organized, within the framework of which an exchange of experience took place in the Durnovskaya, Popovskaya (Berezovsky rural settlement), Polevoy, Cherkesovskaya, Galushkinskaya, Deminskaya, Krasnokorotkovskaya libraries.

The final event was the holding of a fragment of the library quest "Book Feelings" among the laboratory participants. Competitors passed stations, each of which is connected with the human senses. Getting to the “Vision” station, the players correlated the portraits of the authors of the books with illustrations to literary works, the participants could check their auditory perception by guessing literary images from the description by ear, at the “Touche” station, using tactile perception, they guessed the objects hidden under the fabric and correlated them with literary characters.

In conclusion, the colleagues expressed their gratitude to the organizers and participants of the laboratory and wished not to leave this form of professional education in the future.

Seminar-workshop "Library - territory healthy lifestyle life"

Librarians of MKUK "NMB" once again gathered in the inter-settlement library to take part in the workshop "Library - a territory of a healthy lifestyle." The topic of the seminar was not chosen by chance, because it is young people and adolescents who are most susceptible to negative influence environment and society. And the library bears its share of responsibility for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of asocial phenomena in society.

The participants were greeted by the head of the department of innovative and methodological activities Biryukova S.M., who in her speech noted the relevance of the work of libraries to promote a healthy lifestyle, drew attention to the use innovative forms work with youth, the need for more active use of modern information and communication technologies in this work.

During the seminar, an exchange of advanced experience in the work of the libraries of the district, which are actively working to promote a healthy lifestyle, prevent asocial phenomena, took place. Colleagues from the library spoke about their work family reading, the central children's library, Berezovskaya, Staroanninskaya, Popovskaya (Trostyanskoye rural settlement) libraries.

Deputy director for work with children Yarovaya O.O. held a fragment of the literary and sports festival "Be healthy without doctors" with the participants of the seminar.

Librarians did morning exercises, made up a daily routine, participated in impromptu fishing, and guessed riddles.

The program of the seminar was completed by the information review “The theme of a healthy lifestyle in Russian literature”. Methodist Z.I. Lavrentieva presented the work of such famous authors as: A.S. Pushkin, S. Yesenin, M. Bulgakov, V. Vysotsky, Ch. Aitmatov and others.

The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the seminar, about which they left a note in the guest book.


Professional meetings

Specialists of the district libraries became participants in the seminar-meeting "Results of the work of the libraries of the Novoanninsky district for 2016".

Director of MKUK "NMB" Vlasova L.V. addressed the participants with welcoming words. Happy birthday greetings were addressed to the chief librarian of the Trostyansky library Mordvintseva A.V., a new worker of the Krasnokorotkovsky library, Lomteva T.N. was introduced to the team.

The business part of the meeting contained an information and analytical review "The work of the libraries of the MKUK "NMB" in 2015". Head of the innovation and methodological department Biryukova S.M. analyzed the activities of the libraries of the system, noted positive and negative aspects in the work of libraries.

A detailed analysis of mass work with children was prepared by Yarovaya O.O. Deputy Director for Children.

Particular attention of librarians was drawn to the consultation “The procedure for filling out reporting forms and the procedure for providing statistical reports» in connection with new changes in quarterly reporting forms and forms 6-NK. Methodist, Lavrentieva Z.I. on specific examples, demonstrated the completion of reporting forms.

In conclusion, all participants of the seminar received a package with methodological materials.

Seminar "Planning in the library: experience and search"

"Planning in the library: experience and search" was the name of the seminar of librarians of the district. The theoretical part of the seminar was made up of the reports: "Planning and reporting in the library", prepared by the methodologist Z.I. Lavrentieva, "Library funds and catalogs" head of the processing and acquisition department L.N. Boldyreva, "Promotion of library resources and services through the Internet site" head of the sector of automation and information technology N.V. Vlasova.

In the practical part, a presentation of the collection of creative ideas of the central children's library took place. Yarovaya O.O. the deputy director for work with children suggested to her colleagues the forms and names of events for the anniversaries of children's writers, books-anniversaries, as well as events of local history, environmental, historical orientation.

To the attention of the seminar participants, the head of the department of innovative and methodological activities S.M. Biryukova presented an informative review of professional magazines and methodological materials "Profi-Press".

In conclusion, the colleagues received a package of methodological materials that they will use in their libraries.

In the inter-settlement library, a solemn ceremony of presenting letters of thanks from the Volgograd Regional Duma to the employees of the inter-settlement library took place.

“Library local history is a territory of great opportunities”

Under this name, a creative laboratory was held in the inter-settlement library for city library specialists, rural librarians. This topic was not taken by chance, because local history has always been and remains one of the most important activities of libraries.

The working program of the laboratory included: a consultation "Library local history: forms of local history literature positioning", a platform for the exchange of experience "Skill and search", where the chief librarians of the Durnovskaya, Staroanninskaya, Deminskaya, Filonovskaya, Martynovskaya, Bolyshe-Golovskaya libraries actively, creatively presented their library local history activities, exchanged experience on the introduction of innovative forms of work in this direction.

A literary meeting with local poets and writers “Journey through the literary map of the Novoanninsky district” received positive feedback from colleagues, to which all participants of the creative laboratory were invited.

When summing up the work of the laboratory, colleagues noted the variety of forms of local history activities, their bright non-standard content, the use of rich local history material, the association of the creative potential of libraries with clubs, educational institutions and other organizations.

Seminar “Role modern library
in the civil-patriotic education of the individual"

The inter-settlement library hosted a seminar "The Role of the Modern Library in the Civil-Patriotic Education of the Personality", which was attended by librarians from urban and rural municipal libraries of the Novoanninsky district.

The work program of the seminar included consultations on defining the role of books and reading in the system of civic-patriotic education of the individual, effective forms of library work with children and adolescents.

There was a creative exchange of experience "Let's Preserve the Heroic History of the Heroic People", where the participants' performances were accompanied by presentations, thematic folders, photo albums.

Many participants of the seminar were interested in the review of materials published by the regional library for youth: a review of the literature "Children of the Void", which reveals the topic of homeless children in modern Russian prose, a bibliographic review "Education of feelings" reveals the topic of tolerance in foreign fiction, the manual "People with Unlimited Opportunities" offers an overview of works of fiction, the main characters of which are people who have overcome certain life barriers, people who find themselves in difficult life situations.

The review "The main characters-peers" is compiled from the pages of books by contemporary authors about today's youth and others.

The participants of the seminar noted the need for libraries to work on civil and patriotic education of the younger generation, especially in the light of recent events in the world, the need to form citizenship and patriotism based on the study of the history of the native land, through fiction, the use of interactive forms of mass events.

Library and youth: problems, forms of work

Under this title, a seminar of librarians was held, which was attended by librarians of city and rural libraries of the region, as well as a librarian of the Novoanninsky Agricultural College. The seminar was opened by the director of MKUK "NMB" Vlasova LV, highlighting issues of an organizational nature, outlined the tasks and directions of the activities of institutions for the coming period.

The topic of the interactive organization of the library space for young people was highlighted by the head of the department of innovative and methodological activities Biryukova S.M., drawing the attention of the audience to the need to improve the forms and methods of attracting young people to reading, using interactive, presentation, multimedia, mobile forms in their work, emphasizing the feasibility of using traditional and innovative forms of mass work, such as library Non Stop, art therapy, bookcrossing, flash mob, youth bibliosession, quest and others.

Drobysheva N.V., chief librarian of the Novoselskaya library, shared her experience in this direction by conducting an epistolary labyrinth “I am writing to you ...” with the participants of the seminar on the occasion of the 215th anniversary of the birth of A.S. Pushkin. To pass the labyrinth, knowledge of the works of A.S. Pushkin was required, especially those places in the works that contained the correspondence of the main characters. The holding of such events clearly demonstrated the need for the organizers and participants to deeply read the works, and also contributed to the development of the horizons of its participants and the upbringing of love and respect for Russian classics.

The topic of promoting books and reading among young people was continued by the bibliographer of the MKUK "NMB" Lavrentyeva Z.I., highlighting important aspect“Through reading to personal development”, noting the important points in the organization of reading for young people, including the need for a more thorough approach to completing the fund for youth reading, and also recommended books by the most interesting and popular authors.


On May 14, within the framework of the school of library skills "Confident Librarian" on the basis of the Panfilov Library, a workshop "Toward a book and reading through leisure and communication" was held. A workshop is an intensive learning event where professionals share their opinions and experiences on a particular topic with each other. The workshop was opened by the director of MKUK "NMB" Vlasova L.V., who noted the need to fill the leisure of the population through the organization of clubs and amateur associations in the library. Participants, librarians of the AMO, Novokiev, Poltava, Novoselskaya libraries, were offered a consultation “Amateur associations: from idea to implementation”, an exchange of experience took place in organizing clubs and circles in the library.

Chief librarian of the Panfilov Library Vasilieva L.I. prepared a presentation on the activities of the puppet theater "Zabava" and kids club"Zernyshko" spoke about the creation of these associations, about the events held, about the difficulties that she encountered in organizing. It is worth noting the high organization of work in these associations, the creative activity of the librarian, Vasilyeva L.I., participants-children, parents.

The club "Khutoryanka" is successfully functioning in the Novokiev library. The chief librarian Maslieva N.I. told about his activities. Club members, elderly people, find communication here, get acquainted with the latest literature, with current articles from periodicals. The newspaper "ZOZH" is especially popular.

The workshop, as a form of advanced training for librarians, was used in our work for the first time and received positive feedback from colleagues.

This script was used by me as psychological training for teenagers (Council of high school students MBOU "Yarskaya secondary school No. 1") for preventive work quarrels and conflicts in this group. The training was conducted in the form of a separate lesson, which presents the necessary steps -warm-up, main part, reflection and discussion.

Goals ׃ Prevention of conflicts and conflict situations in a group.

Tasks:

    group cohesion;

    development of skills to "feel the group" and its individual members;

    developing skills for giving and receiving feedback.

Group size : 12 people.
Resources: a spacious room, free from unnecessary furniture, light chairs according to the number of participants, bandages (for half of the participants), a piece of drawing paper, a pack of felt-tip pens for each, technical means to play music, audio recording with relaxation music (BellasLullaby, Robpattinson), cards (according to the number of participants) with the names of participants written on them, mats, sweets.

Spaghetti Exercise

Leading : Good. But the road is long. It would be nice to have a bite to eat. Imagine that you poured boiling water over instant noodles. But it's not just noodles- it's real spaghetti! Long, thin pasta lies on a plate in front of you. Let's grab one of them with our fingers. It hangs freely, swinging from side to side. If we begin to rotate with the hand, then our imaginary pasta will begin to wriggle like a cord or rope. Try hitting the spaghetti with a fork. "Wrap" them on a fork. Catch pasta with your mouth. Now turn yourself into spaghetti. Relax, shake your hands, feel like real pasta...

Stage 2 - immersion in the game situation.

Leading: Your train has arrived at the long-awaited station. But the way to grandfather's house is still far away. Yesterday on the train you were interesting and fun. you were together -and no adults. But the next day was completely different from the previous one. It was dim and grey. It was sad and bad. You began to grumble at each other and quarrel for no reason. Conflicts flared up from scratch, like sparklers, but unlike them, they did not burn out quickly at all. Nobody could understand what was the matter. And you were faced with a choice, what to do? Is it worth it to take a risk and go on a dangerous journey or stay here, but at the same time continue to quarrel and conflict. What do you choose?

(If the group members choose to travel (which usually happens), then the next stage of work begins.)

Stage 3 - overcoming obstacles.

Exercise "3 the enchanted forest"

(A route is drawn on the floor with chalk or a rope is marked. Along this route, several chairs are laid one after the other in a chain. It turns out a winding path three to five meters long.)
Leading: You have entered the forest. But he was bewitched. Why is he considered bewitched? Because there are such areas in it, having entered the limits of which a person ceases to see. If you manage to pass such a section of the road, then your vision returns. Such areas are visible from the side. Therefore, you can help each other to cope with this task. You will have to overcome the enchanted places in pairs. One of the pair will be the leader, and the second will be the slave. The leader is blindfolded. His task is to follow the route and not to get lost, not to go off the path. The host will give him instructions with words: left, right, two steps forward and the like. Of course, he cannot approach the follower, touch him with his hands and somehow, except for words, direct the actions of his partner. When the follower overcomes the obstacle, he himself becomes the leader and helps his partner to go along the path.

Are you confident in your abilities? In the reliability of partners? Has it ever happened to you that in a state of tension you lost control of yourself and forgot the simplest things: for example, where is right and where is left? Do not confuse these directions while passing through the enchanted section of the forest. Before we start moving, it is important to remember the following: the leader carries full responsibility for the follower. He must clearly and in time warn him of all possible dangers and obstacles. And secondly: dear viewers, the success of the passage depends on you. Keep quiet so as not to interfere with the contact between partners passing along the enchanted path. Observe how each pair organizes the transition, what are the differences in the actions of the participants.

Leading: Now I'm going to ask you to go up the stairs. Stand on the steps and position yourself between both the railing and the drawn line.

Leading: I must warn you that now you are high in the mountains where serious dangers await you. The line you see in front of you- it's not just a line, it's the border of a narrow path. A deep abyss opened up behind her, falling into which leaves no hope of staying alive. At my signal, you turn into bizarre boulders of rock, hanging over the path in the most unexpected way. Spread your legs, stretch your arms, bend down ... Only the participant on the far left becomes a climber. His task- walk along the abyss throughout its length without falling into it. A climber can overcome the path in any way: squeeze into narrow crevices between rocks, look for niches, crawl, clinging to “stones” ... The main thing- not cause harm or pain to anyone. As soon as the first climber passes part of the way, the participant following him can turn from a rock block into a person and begin his dangerous journey. The one who has reached the end of the difficult path turns into stone himself. It is important that all of you overcome this obstacle and safely pass the dangerous section of the route.

And you can’t stumble, otherwise you can easily drown in a quagmire. You will now begin your journey through the swamp. Be very careful! Help each other move from bump to bump. Support your comrades so that they do not fall into the swamp. 'Cause you go together and each of you has the right to count on the help of satellites. Any pushes, rudeness towards comrades, intemperance, haste and thoughtlessness of actions can lead each of the participants and the group as a whole to a sad result. Then the right of the story transferred to the next and so on. But! Second narratormust pronounce text in a special language - "jibrishe".
