The signal from the modem does not enter the computer through the USB port, the computer connects to the Internet, I repeat, already via Wi-Fi. Not a bad solution, but such a modem emits a rather weak signal that can only be received within the same room.
That is why I chose for myself the option of using the ZyXEL Internet Center. And for users who have enough Wi-Fi signal strength within one room, the option of using a YOTA Wi-Fi modem connected to a USB port will be quite acceptable. In fact, a lot can be done without high speed Internet, the benefit of it is and at the same time unlimited. Therefore, you can move the slider in case of emergency, the main thing is not to forget to return it to the position corresponding to the minimum payment for the month.
Payment options for a day and for 2 hours are good because the Internet speed is maximum, the Internet is unlimited, but you won’t be able to move the slider, there is no such possibility. Exactly 2 hours will be given and not one second more.
Modem overheating at high Internet speed
It has been empirically observed that when using services that require high Internet speed, such as Skype, the maximum speed of the modem is not the best solution. For the modem can overheat, the Internet “falls off” and for some time the user is left without the Internet at all. You have to turn everything off, wait until the modem “cools down”, after which you can turn on the computer, start the Internet, life goes on ...
