I'm renting a house in Malakhovka. There is no Internet in the new house, but in others and all acquaintances in Malakhovka only Malnet. It works badly. Movies hang, songs stick, there are often failures and shutdowns and poor customer service. Technical support works from 10 to 17 and only 5 days a week. If the problem with the Internet occurred on Friday evening, then often the issue cannot be resolved until Monday. We go to visit each other to use the Internet.

In addition, we encountered such a problem with the owner of the current house - having learned that I needed an Internet, he said that a Rostelecom telephone cable was connected to the house, then he refused the phone number. We called the office with a question: is it possible to connect the Internet without a phone, they answered us: YES, and the connection is free, payment is 350 rubles per month; and recorded the master's call to check the cable. The master was supposed to arrive on Monday, and on Friday they called and said - connection is impossible in Malakhovka, use Malnet! It should be noted that the connection of Malnet is from 9 to 30 thousand, and the cost is 900 rubles per month.
Here's my question: maybe it's worth contacting the antimonopoly committee?

Technical support is generally silent or answers in the chat, don’t understand that it’s hard to get through to the phone, and if you get through, they don’t solve your problems, the only thing they say is try restarting the router or buy a new one, is that normal?! Malnet is a frankly nightmarish local provider. I'm telling you this as a long-term subscriber. Without poking them with a sharp stick, they do nothing at all, it is absolutely useless to talk. They themselves are modernizing exclusively under pressure: neither a new backbone provider, nor an optuh, nor the replacement of part of the switches with more modern ones, nor a normal site, nor SSL for personal account, no new tariffs appear until the above does not appear from competitors. My God, yes, even payment through terminals appeared only a few years ago - before that, you had to go to hell with the horns of their payment acceptance kiosks. But I'm only talking about apartment buildings, hell and Israel are still going on in the private sector. The only plus of malnet is the largest coverage (again, I'm talking about apartment buildings) due to historical reasons and the once monopoly position (thank God, these times are gone forever). Well, they also have a branded handout: like if you regularly slurped [CENSORSHIP] from their holey trough for 2 years and brought money in time - so be it, they will give you a skidos of 100 rubles for a tariff of 55Mbps / 600re. Moreover, the skidding of the dough is more important: God forbid, you were late with the payment at least once (perhaps, this is the only thing that works for them like a Swiss watch), that's at least once - that's it, there will be no mercy, the timer starts resetting again to around 2 years. The honorary title of a regular subscriber still needs to be earned! Poel, right?

About speed and stability. I'll be brief: I want to shoot myself. Eternal breaks, prevention and "power outages". And before the transition to optics, under market pressure, there was still such a wonderful reason as "theft of a copper cable by unknown persons." The real speed is something like this: in the evening no higher than ¼ of the declared one (although in reality it turns out that legally the rate of the tariff is like the most theoretically possible maximum possible and in general it is not guaranteed in any way), in the morning-afternoon no more than half. Receive and sign. It also seems like at night they promise just cosmic bandwidth, but there is no desire to check it. All of the above figures are valid only to Russian servers. Speeds to resources in normal countries can be safely divided by another 2 or 3. An important note: do not believe popular speed checkers like speedtest.net, providers around the world have long stopped the trick and specifically give the highest priority to traffic to their servers; when using more or less little-known speed tests, completely different results are shown.
