  3. The third section describes the rights of the merchandiser. Failure by an employer to comply with any of the items in this section may serve as a basis for the impossibility of fulfilling any obligation or for not fulfilling it in full.
  4. The final fourth section prescribes the responsibility of the merchandiser for certain actions. Concerning liability, it is described in more detail separately in collective agreement about liability.
