Why the choice was on technology KPI-management and motivation according to Lityagin.

We have been familiar with this system for a long time, we introduced KPI management back in 2003, we have been working in the logic of this system for many years, periodically updating and improving it. Since the company "Self-bridge" is official representative A. Lityagin, the author and developer of the system, in Yekaterinburg, and, in addition, we have been connected with this company and its leader Sufiyarova Irina for many years of partnership - we invariably choose her as a partner for improving and implementing the system at the enterprises of our group and in the Management company OOO UNAKO-Invest.

The company "Self-bridge" perfectly copes with the tasks set,

System implementation goals

The implemented system is designed to provide:

Transparency of plans and results of activity of employees of the enterprise.

Objectivity in assessing the activities of employees;

Flexibility and mobility management structure enterprises to adjust the goals and priorities of activities, and, accordingly, official duties enterprise employees.

constructive feedback employees of all levels of enterprise management, especially for vertical interactions.

The direct dependence of the amount of bonus remuneration of employees of the enterprise on their personal effectiveness.

Implementation difficulties and solutions

The system cannot be developed, say, only by the Human Resources Service and implemented by it. ALL managers of the company should participate in the creation of the system, and most importantly, its philosophy should be shared by the General Director. When developing a system, it is important to involve as much as possible more executives, each responsible for its own direction and embedded in general activities companies. Determining your area of responsibility, your performance indicators as part of the overall management system at the enterprise - this is the main thing that should be the beginning of the implementation of the system.

If this awareness and consolidation does not occur, the system will “hang in the air” and will not be able to be a regulator of activity and a motivator for its participants.

In addition to this, the main requirement, it is important to understand that a certain managerial will is required to control the debugging and functioning of the system, everything new is difficult to perceive, but becomes familiar and in demand when employees see the main “benefits” of use: transparency of bonus accrual and the ability to influence the result and pay for their work.

It is not necessary to “drive” all divisions of the company into the system; you can start with those whose performance indicators are already easily digitized and can be formulated in the KPI format. Let there be few indicators, but their implementation will be:

A) Bring the desired effect of all activities

B) Really depend on the results of a particular unit and employee.

It is better if the work in the system is automated. This will facilitate the work of Human Resources Management Services, make the system mobile and efficient, free from unnecessary paperwork and time costs.

Results achieved.

The main result is the understanding by the employees of who is responsible for what, the timely completion of all assigned tasks, the transparency of the bonus accrual system and the motivation for more efficient work.

In UNAKO-Invest LLC and a number of enterprises of the group, the system has been successfully operating for many years, its principles are without fail apply to the creation of a motivational block for the General Directors of enterprises and their first deputies. That is, each team of each business has a clear understanding of the main goals and objectives for the year, which is successfully translated into the structures they manage.

See point 4.

And most importantly - do not be afraid and acquire like-minded people and associates in promoting the philosophy of the MVO, start small and purposefully and persistently move the system further.

Defendants in the criminal case raider capture the assets of the Uralinvestenergo holding returned to the Urals to "squeeze out the remaining funds" from the still operating plants of the group. Now the enterprises of the scandalous holding work under the auspices of the Yunako group. Activities came to the fore former boss Vasily Buraga, the police department of the Chkalovsky district, who now directly manages some factories, "revives their work" by attracting new loans. Experts say that a number of the group's enterprises are already on the verge of bankruptcy, for example, an insolvency suit has been filed against the Stroymashina plant in Bashkortostan. A similar fate may await the High-Voltage Union enterprises operating in the Sverdlovsk region and on the territory of Ukraine. Sources of the publication indicate that the funds received from the Ural factories, the ex-raiders, presumably, withdraw to Ukraine and even support the opposition of this country.

Ural businessmen from the nineties are once again bringing bankruptcy to the large industrial energy holding Yunako (manages the former assets of the Uralinvestenergo group), registered in Yekaterinburg. The association, whose corporate center is Yunako-Invest LLC, positions itself as a contractor for the complex construction of energy facilities. According to materials Arbitration Court Republic of Bashkortostan, LLC Stanko-engineering filed a bankruptcy petition for OAO Sterlitamak Plant of Construction Machines (Stroymash, part of the group) due to non-payment of the debt for repairs of factory equipment.

“The financial position of Stroymash can hardly be called stable. If at the end of 2014 they made a profit of 17 million rubles, then in 2015, most likely, we will talk about ten million rubles of losses, especially since they have been working part-time since the summer. I would like to note that in the organizational structure of Yunako, the subsidiaries are closely interconnected. The bankruptcy of one of them will speak of serious financial problems, and possibly the insolvency of others due to existing loans and guarantees, ”said a Pravda UrFO source familiar with the Yunako organizational structure and the specifics of the work of the Bashkir asset.

"Stroymash"

It is worth noting that in mid-2014, after the change of top managers of Stroymash, the shareholders decided to pay themselves dividends based on the results of work in 2013 in the amount of all profits received in the amount of 15 million rubles. But already at the beginning of 2015, it was decided to refrain from payments, most likely due to the deterioration of the company's financial situation.

Currently, Unako-Invest is equally owned by two Cypriot offshore companies Unako Asset Management Limited and Fraxis Management Limited. On the open market there is information that the likely beneficiaries of this company and all assets included in the group are Vadim Gubin, Vasily Buraga, Andrey Ryzhikov, Denis Tasakov, Vladislav Butin, Pavel Podkorytov and Sergey Petrov (the last two are less involved in the life of enterprises). It was the Yunako company that began to manage the assets of the liquidated scandalous holding Uralinvestenergo (UIE), which belonged to the same businessmen. Most of the above people are on the board of directors of Stroymash, which indirectly confirms the information about the real owners of the company.

In the early 1990s, Uralinvestenergo was created as a check investment fund (ChIF) for employees of Sverdlovenergo and Bashkirenergo, whose manager was Andrey Akhtyamov, once close to the co-owner and to CEO"Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company" Andrey Kozitsyn. According to the source of Pravda UrFO, under the patronage of the high bosses of the then Sverdlovenergo Valeria Rodina and Vladimir Nechitailo Gradually, the shares of enterprises directly connected with the Ural energy complex were concentrated on the balance sheet of the CHIF. For example, Alapaevsky "Stroydormash", "South Ural Valves and Insulators Plant", Nizhneturinsky "Electroapparatus Plant", power grid and electrical installation trusts, and much more. According to an informed source of the publication, the CIF acquired new assets through cooperation with Sverdlovenergo.

“At that time, only those companies that had ongoing contracts in their hands were entitled to file a bankruptcy lawsuit - these were either gas companies, or energy companies, or Railway. CHIF used the debts of factories to Sverdlovenergo, bought out debts from the company and bankrupted assets. About the same way they got control over Uralkhimmash,” a lawyer familiar with the case explained the mechanism.

Gradually, the check fund was transformed into an industrial holding, shares in which were received by close friends and classmates of Andrey Akhtyamov (30% of the shares remained in his ownership): Andrey Ryzhikov, Denis Tasakov, Vladislav Butin, Vadim Gubin, Sergey Petrov and Pavel Podkorytov. After some time, the current head of the Chkalovsky District Department of Internal Affairs, Vasily Buraga, who helped to “get” ownership of the shares of Uralkhimmash, also became a shareholder. All of them transferred shares to Akhtyamov for trust management. At this stage, there was no longer any talk of investments by more than 30 thousand former owners of shares “from the people”.

Later, the new shareholders of the holding, according to the sources of the publication, forge documentation, deprive Mr. Akhtyamov of his block of shares and fire him. It was at this moment that Andrei Kozitsyn interfered in the matter, for whose help Akhtyamov turned. According to one version, it was Kozitsyn who was tried to sell one of the pre-bankrupt factories that were previously part of the group. This fact could become one of the arguments in favor of the intervention of the head of the UMMC in the current situation.

“With the support of Andrei Anatolyevich, a criminal case is beginning to take shape against the owners of Uralinvestenergo. Pavel Podkorytov and Vadim Gubin were the first to be detained at Koltsovo airport. In parallel, in order to preserve ownership, the group’s assets were transferred to people close to businessmen under a fiduciary scheme, ”said a source familiar with the story.

In 2007, according to the case file, Gubin and Podkorytov were sentenced to 5 years for stealing UIE shares. After their detention, the rest of the participants in the raider scheme leave for Ukraine, where they also have business assets. The money from the activities of the factories through the company "Yunako" (from the Ukrainian yunak - a young man, created to manage the UIE plants) is withdrawn to Ukraine and Estonia.

“The entire company of the owners of Uralinvestenergo, who remained at liberty, is safely holed up in the Crimea. Sergei Petrov is absent allegedly on important matters, and immediately after that, the Crimean “Berkut” arrests the rest of the defendants in the criminal case and extradite them to Russia. Almost at the same time, Petrov went to the Leader company, which at that time managed the assets of Gazprombank, and offered to buy Uralkhimmash from him. As a result, the deal went through, the asset was sold for $150 million,” recalls a law enforcement source.

Recall that in 2011 Vasily Buraga, Andrey Ryzhikov, Denis Tasakov and Vladislav Butin were found guilty of embezzling assets from their partner Andrey Akhtyamov. The total damage from the seizure of the group's enterprises, according to investigators, amounted to about 250 million rubles. By the decision of the court, the defendants were sentenced to real imprisonment - from 3.5 to 5.5 years in a penal colony. Vasily Buraga received the most impressive sentence - 5.5 years, as he was recognized as the "most active" member of the Uralinvestenergo asset theft group.

In 2013, Sergei Petrov was also detained in Poland, but then the state authorities refused to extradite him. Later, according to sources of the publication, Petrov managed to negotiate with Akhtyamov. According to the sources of the publication, the former partner paid the compensation, after which all material claims against him and his “comrades-in-arms” from the UIE were removed.

Even during a long trial, UIE top managers transfer orders from the Ural factories to the newly acquired production sites in Ukraine. Experts cite as an example the liquidation of OAO Nizhneturinsky Electric Apparatus Plant. Most of the portfolio of orders from it was transferred to the acquired Ukrainian "Rivne Plant of High-Voltage Equipment". A similar situation was at the Yuzhnouralsk Fittings and Insulators Plant. Production volumes have significantly decreased at YuAIZ, and there is practically no real estate left on the balance sheet. Through the sale of property, the company was able to acquire Lviv Insulator Plant OJSC.

"Lviv Insulator Plant"

It is noteworthy that after the release from prison, the former heads of the UIE returned to managing their former assets. The most active activity was developed by Mr. Buraga, who received the most impressive term. It is with his actions that the possible bankruptcy of the assets of the new Yunako group is associated. For example, he decided to personally manage the High-Voltage Union, which includes both Russian and Ukrainian enterprises.

“Less than a year ago, the leadership of the union replaced top managers - Vasily Buraga personally took over the management, optimization was carried out, production and sales processes were analyzed, borrowed funds were raised to overcome the crisis,” the Unaco website confirms. Experts believe that new loans to Buraga could be the main reason for the ruin of assets.

“They have a very negative attitude towards the Russian authorities. In fact, several years of their lives were taken from them, but they are forced to work here, since all the remaining assets remained on the territory of Russia, ”says a source close to the ex-raiders. It is worth noting that, according to Pravda UrFO sources, after leaving prison, the men continued to send their earnings to Ukraine. Vadim Buraga even bought himself a house in Yalta, but after a while Crimea became Russian.
