In fact, only the leader can be guaranteed to eliminate the informer. To do this, it is enough just to punish the subordinate for slander and not take into account his words. Unfortunately, such a policy is not common - few people admit it, but usually the authorities want to know what is happening in the organization, so behind the scenes tinkering is encouraged.

Scammers, informers, sneaks - these are all somehow not typical for our soil representatives. If in the West such behavior is absolutely normal, then our attitude towards scammers has always been and is sharply negative. But if in one case this needs to be done in the name of people's safety (in Switzerland, if a person has drunk and got behind the wheel, then the owner of the bar where he drank will immediately report this to the police), then as for encouraging internal corporate denunciations, this can provoke the emergence of an atmosphere of distrust between employees and completely destroy team spirit.
