The main part of the machine is a fixed box (drum), inside of which there is a rotating cylinder (rotor). Special rubber “fingers” are fixed on the walls of the drum and cylinder, which perform the main cleaning. When the cylinder is set in motion, the fingers on it begin to move. The paws, sandwiched between the fixed and working fingers, are quickly and effectively cleaned of all unnecessary.

During cleaning, warm water should be supplied to the drum, washing off the removed skin.

This equipment has a high degree of reliability, it is made of stainless acid-resistant steel alloys. Its performance is up to three hundred kilograms of cleaned paws per hour. The device is equipped with a motor module, consisting of a powerful electric motor and a two-stage belt drive.

At the beginning of work, the operator of the machine must load a certain number of legs and ensure that water enters the drum by pressing a button. PURPOSE

Principle of operation

The chicken legs prepared for cutting are fed by the conveyor to the receiving tray, along which they are distributed into two streams on both sides of the conveyor. Then the chicken legs are placed by hand in special grips along the edges of the conveyor. In the course of movement of the grippers, the legs move to the cutting zone, where, with the help of a circular knife, part of the workpiece is cut off. Next, the trimmed chicken legs are fed onto a conveyor that removes finished products. The trimmed waste is collected from the outside of the conveyor in an empty container.

This equipment consists of a frame, a central conveyor, a receiving tray-distributor, a disc two-position knife, drive motor-reducers and a control box.
The conveyor belt is equipped with grippers on both sides to hold the chicken parts during the trimming process.

Recipe for chicken paws with pumpkin. For the recipe you will need:

  • chicken feet - 500g
  • pumpkin - 500g
  • salt - 4g
  • dry sherry - 25 ml
  • monosodium glutamate - 1g
  • sesame oil - 5g
  • leek - 10g
  • ginger - 10g.

Wash the chicken paws, cut the claws and scald the paws with boiling water. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into small slices and scald them with boiling water.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Put the paws, bring to a boil and remove the foam. Add leeks and ginger, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. When the chicken feet soften, put the pumpkin and salt, pour in the wine and add monosodium glutamate. Bring to a boil and drizzle with sesame oil.
