And everything is very simple, you just need to go through a few steps.
Step 1.
First, you need to go to the site itself www.vkontakte.ru. Find the word registration and click on it.

Then click on the register button. 
If you registered with E-mail, then within 10 minutes you will receive a letter with a notification “account activation”. By clicking on it, you get to your personal page in VKontakte. And if you chose to register without E-mail, then you get to a page where you need to enter your phone number, and then a code that will go to it within 1 hour. Then click on the activate button. 
Step 7
Immediately you go to your personal page on Vkontakte, where you can edit all the data. In the center or under the frame, you can see the inscription "upload a photo." By clicking on it, you should make your choice "upload a new photo" or "take a picture from the webcam" 
Step 8
Next, you can add contacts (home and cell phone ICQ). Fill in hobbies, add places of rest and tell about yourself. And remember, when choosing or switching from one profile to another, do not forget to click on the "save" button.
